Position Overview:

We’re seeking a Service Support Specialist to join our Service Dispatch Operations team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, vendors, and field service engineers. You’ll coordinate service requests, dispatch activities, and ensure timely, accurate communication that keeps our service delivery running seamlessly. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and a passion for customer service to build a long-term career in the healthcare technology field.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for service customers via phone and email

  • Dispatch and prioritize assignments for field service engineers, vendors, and intercompany teams

  • Document service requests in our ticketing system and maintain accurate records

  • Track preventative maintenance schedules and assign accordingly

  • Follow up on outstanding documentation and purchase order requests

  • Support timely processing of service call tickets and field service reports

  • Provide high-quality customer service while ensuring expectations are met or exceeded

What You’ll Need (Requirements):

  • High school diploma or GED; at least one year of related experience

  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office required; Excel, Outlook, Word, and database systems preferred)

  • Proven customer service and/or call center experience (service dispatch experience a plus)

  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Commitment to excellence, professionalism, and teamwork
