Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Imaging Engineer to take on a senior, leadership-oriented role, combining strategic oversight with hands-on technical expertise. This role will be pivotal in managing and servicing MRI, CT, and Cath Lab equipment across our regional network. Based in Oklahoma, you will lead service operations, mentor junior engineers, and ensure optimal system performance through expert installation, maintenance, and repair. Your leadership will directly enhance patient care by ensuring the highest standards of reliability, safety, and innovation in critical imaging systems.

What You’ll Do:
• Lead installation, calibration, and maintenance efforts for MRI, CT, and Cath Lab imaging equipment
• Oversee and execute routine inspections, calibrations, and complex repairs, ensuring strict compliance with OEM specifications and safety standards
• Troubleshoot advanced technical issues, providing innovative, timely, and effective solutions
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to healthcare facilities, tailoring solutions to operational needs and optimizing workflow
• Maintain precise service documentation and performance reports
• Mentor and provide guidance to less experienced engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
• Provide training and support to medical staff on equipment use and preventive care
• Monitor industry advancements and drive integration of best practices into service operations

 

What You’ll Need (Requirements):
• Associate’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred), or equivalent industry experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience maintaining and repairing MRI, CT, and Cath Lab systems, with proven leadership or mentorship responsibilities
• In-depth technical knowledge of modern imaging systems and diagnostic tools
• Experience with GE MRI/CT systems and Siemens Cath Lab equipment highly desirable
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while guiding a regional service team, with flexibility for regional travel
