Position Overview: We’re hiring a seasoned Level 2 Field Service Engineer with 2–3 years of experience servicing general X-ray and mammography equipment. This role requires advanced troubleshooting, independent installations, and full-spectrum support of imaging systems in healthcare environments.

 

What You’ll Do:
  • Independently install, calibrate, and repair X-ray and mammography systems

  • Perform advanced diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs

  • Provide technical training and operational guidance to end users

  • Collaborate with OEMs and healthcare professionals to ensure uptime and compliance

  • Serve as a field expert for imaging equipment performance and system support

  • Travel within territory and occasionally support regional/national projects

  • Contribute to business development through client relationship management

What You’ll Need (Requirements):
  • Associate degree in Biomedical/Electrical Engineering or related field, or comparable industry experience
  • 2–3 years of field service experience with general X-ray and mammography equipment
  • In-depth knowledge of diagnostic tools, OEM specs, and medical device safety standards
  • Strong analytical and independent troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and willing to travel regionally to assit other engineers
