Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Level 1 Field Service Engineer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals who have a strong technical foundation and are looking to grow in the medical imaging field. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience working as a biomedical engineering technician or with general X-ray equipment.
 
What You’ll Do:
  • Perform installations, calibrations, inspections, and basic repairs on general X-ray and mammogram systems

  • Assist with preventive maintenance and documentation in line with OEM specifications

  • Work with laptop-based diagnostic tools and hand tools to assess equipment performance

  • Collaborate with senior technicians and customers to ensure proper operation

  • Learn and adhere to safety, performance, and industry standards

  • Travel to client sites within the assigned territory

What You’ll Need (Requirements):
  • Associate degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of hands-on experience as a biomedical or X-ray technician

  • Willingness to learn mammography and other advanced imaging modalities

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

  • Willingness to travel regionally on occasion
