Location: Madison, TN
Salary: $18-$20 hourly, plus commission

Job Summary: The Customer Care Representative is responsible for handling customer requests in a timely manner, maintaining correct data, and processing orders. This role requires an individual with experience in a challenging environment, excellent critical thinking skills, and an ambition to learn and grow.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Report directly to the Customer Care Manager.
  • Develop relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Manage customer requests and concerns via email, phone calls, and instant message.
  • Respond promptly to customers.
  • Process customer purchase orders accurately and provide order confirmation to customer.
  • Listen to the customer queries patiently and solve any issues. If the problem doesn’t seem to be solved, then forward the problem to the Customer Care Manager.
  • Maintain records of interactions with customers in an orderly and accurate manner.
  • Maintain OEM and market pricing.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to find solutions and resolve matters.
  • Demonstrate an initiative-taking approach towards learning and growing professionally and look for opportunities to provide excellent customer service.
  • Work closely with your team to attain a common goal as well as individual goals.

 

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience in customer service or sales.
  • Ability to price items competitively and keep a good close rate.
  • Strong mindfulness in processing orders to ensure accuracy.
  • Capability to identify and resolve customer problems.
  • Critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills to maintain a clean workspace.
  • Initiative-taking approach adversity or change.
  • Ability to follow procedures as outlined in our Quality Management guidelines.

Pay Range

USD $18.00 - USD $20.00 /Hr.
